We were given this experience as a wedding gift, and we loved it!
The couple that hosted us was very welcoming and nice,
the place is in the nature.
We really liked both the zen voice explanation, stretching and meditation, as well as the cooking part, and of course the eating!
Food was delicious and very Okinawa typical, we will definitely try to cook it at home!  Also, it was so much that we were given some to take home. Overall, we extremely recommend this experience to anyone who will go to Okinawa!!

We absolutely loved this experience - both the zen teaching and the cooking class were amazing. We got to enjoy a meal that we'd never have elsewhere at a restaurant or a resort. This was true home cooking with an Okinawan twist. Our instructors were a delightful couple.

ZEN Voice session focused on regulating breathing techniques to achieve natural vocal expression. Stretching and ZEN meditation were incorporated as approaches to improving breathing, which I found fascinating.

The trainer had a warm personality, creating a relaxed atmosphere that made the session even more enjoyable.
Held in a peaceful Okinawan home, this oriental experience added a special touch to my trip. After practicing natural breathing and meditating through zazen,

my voice felt much clearer. More than that, my body felt refreshed and well-balanced.

In Voice Meditation, the feeling of your voice reverberating through your body is very comfortable!

As I speak out, I can naturally concentrate on what is inside me and my feelings are quiet. My body relaxed and I was away from everyday life all at once.
All dishes made with Okinawan ingredients are simple. It was a fun time to make our own food, and friends who don't usually cook were very active. Of course, the taste was exceptional!
The classroom is very comfortable and there is a beautiful beach nearby, so I want to stay here forever!  I'd love to go again!

This time, the Zen Program was just wonderful. We had a unique experience where we stretched and gently relaxed the body and then created a resonance of sound. After we stretched our bodies well, we were able to focus much deeper during zazen.

In the culinary program, we cooked Okinawa dishes using local ingredients. The master, who also supports the professional football team, taught us carefully and deftly. At the end of the programme, we all enjoyed meals we had prepared ourselves together. It was a wonderful time.
