Takeshi Shinjo (新生剛士) 
Voice trainer / Sports coach (American football)

1987 

Started to Play American football at Kasai University in Japan. 

 

1996,1998,2000,2005,2010 

Won Five times NATIONAL CHAMPION title in Japan as an American football player and coach.

 

2003

Started training as a Voice trainer under Japanese famous singer Seishiro Kusunose.

 

2004

Made professional league debut as a member of Memphis Xplorers of Arena Football League in USA.

 

2005

Started working as a voice trainer

 

2006~

Developed communication and speaking programs based on voice training methods and have conducted many workshops and corporate trainings over 15years.

 

2011

Founded the first Quarterback Academy in Japan named “QB DOJO” . Over 4000 players in total participated in our programs for over 12 years.

 

2017~

Developed “ZEN Voice” programs inspired by a workshop co-hosted with Japanese temple monk.

 

2019~

Appointed as voice trainer for Japan’s national team of blind soccer and contributed to the successful 5th place prize in Paralympic Games TOKYO 2020.

2008 

At "Team Q" led by Sydney Olympic gold medalist Naoko Takahashi

TOKKO joined the team as the nutrition and cooking staff, accompanying the team to training camps in Japan and the United States, and providing general meal support for the four members including Takahashi.

2009 

After “Team Q” disbanded, she worked as a freelance registered dietitian.

2010
Provided meal support to actress Norika Fujiwara during her stage appearances. (2010/2012 Cabaret, 2011 Margrid)

2012
She has been working as a registered dietitian for working adults and university athletes, focusing on providing nutritional support to athletes and educating them about sports nutrition.

 

2018

 Completed doctoral course at Juntendo University Graduate School of Sports and Health Sciences

 

2019 ~

Serves as nutritional advisor for Yokohama F. Marinos of the Japan Professional Soccer League
