Welcome to Zen Voice & Zen Kitchen. Please read these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy carefully before booking our workshop.
By completing your reservation, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Cancellation Policy
【How to Cancel Your Reservation】
Ifyou wish to cancel your reservation after registration, please contact us via email (zenvoice2020@gmail.com).
【Cancellation Fees & Refunds】
Up to 24 hours before the event start time : No cancellation fee will be charged. Your prepaid participation fee will be refunded in full to your credit card.
Within 24 hours of the event or on the day of the event : A cancellation fee of 100% of the participation fee will apply. No refunds will be issued.
No-shows (Cancellation without notice) : A cancellation fee of 100% of the participation fee will apply. No refunds will be issued.
【Policy on No-Shows】
In the case of a "no-show" (failing to attend without prior notice), the prepaid participation fee will be retained as a 100% cancellation fee.
Since no-shows may prevent other interested guests from attending, we reserve the right to refuse future registrations if a no-show occurs twice in a row.
【Exemptions from Cancellation Fees】
Event Cancellation by Organizer : If the event is canceled by the organizer, the participation fee will be refunded in full. We will provide separate
instructions regarding the refund process and schedule.
Emergency Circumstances : In the event of an emergency such as extreme weather or natural disasters, the participation fee will be refunded in full even
for same-day cancellations, provided you contact us prior to the event.
【Late Arrival on the Day of the Event】
If you expect to be late due to unavoidable circumstances, please notify us as soon as possible via email (zenvoice2020@gmail.com).
If you do not arrive before the event ends, it will be treated as a no-show, and a 100% cancellation fee will be charged in accordance with our no-show policy.
3. Workshop Venue & Access

【Meeting Point】
Near 472-1 Sesoko, Motobu, Kunigami District, Okinawa, 905-0227, Japan
Our guide will pick you up at the traffic light near the meeting point. To ensure privacy, the exact address of the venue will not be disclosed publicly on this website. We will send you detailed access instructions via email immediately after your reservation is confirmed.
※Please note: The address listed in Section 1 is our administrative office, not the workshop venue.
4. Prohibited Matters
Participants are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following actions:
・ Unauthorized audio or video recording of the workshop without prior consent.
・ Disruptive behavior, harassment, or inconvenience to other participants or the instructor.
・ Commercial activities, religious or political solicitation, or sales pitches during the event.
5. Use of Photographs and Media
The Organizer may take photographs or videos during the workshop for promotional purposes (such as on our official website and social media channels).
We will always obtain your prior verbal or written consent before taking, uploading, or publishing any images that clearly feature your face.
6. Disclaimer / Limitation of Liability
・ The Organizer shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the workshop. Please manage your valuables carefully.
・ The Organizer shall not be liable for any personal injury or accident that occurs during the workshop, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence
by the Organizer.
7. Privacy Policy
The Organizer values the protection of your personal information and handles it as follows:
・Collection : We collect personal information such as name, email address, and phone number for reservations and inquiries.
・Purpose : The information will only be used for reservation management, workshop operations, emergency contact, and responding to inquiries.
・Third Parties : We will not provide personal information to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.
・Security : We take appropriate security measures to prevent data leakage or loss.
・Contact : If you wish to request disclosure, correction, or deletion of your data (including rights under GDPR), please contact us at zenvoice2020@gmail.com.
8. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

ご予約を完了された時点で、これらに同意したものとみなされます。

2. キャンセルポリシー
【キャンセルの方法】
ご予約後のキャンセルを希望される場合は、メール（zenvoice2025@gmail.com）にてご連絡ください。
【キャンセル料と返金】
イベント開始の24時間前までのキャンセル: キャンセル料はかかりません。事前にお支払いいただいた参加費は、クレジットカードへ全額返金されます。
イベント開始まで24時間を切った場合、または当日キャンセル : 参加費の100%のキャンセル料が発生します。返金はいたしかねます。
無断キャンセル（No-show) : 参加費の100%のキャンセル料が発生します。返金はいたしかねます。
【無断キャンセルに関する方針】
事前の連絡なく不参加（無断キャンセル）となった場合、事前決済された参加費は100%キャンセル料として充当されます。無断キャンセルは、他の参加希望のお客様のご迷惑となるため、2回連続して発生した場合は、今後のご予約をお断りする権利を主催者は留保します。
【キャンセル料の免除】
・主催者都合によるイベント中止：主催者側の都合でイベントが中止となった場合、参加費は全額返金されます。返金手続きとスケジュールについては、別途個別にご案内いたします。
・緊急事態・天災：悪天候や自然災害などの緊急事態の場合、イベント開始前にご連絡をいただければ、当日であっても参加費を全額返金いたします。
【当日の遅刻について】
やむを得ない事情で遅刻する場合は、できるだけ早くメール（zenvoice2025@gmail.com）にてご連絡ください。イベント終了時刻までに到着されなかった場合は無断キャンセル（No-show）扱いとなり、規約に基づき100%のキャンセル料が発生します。
3. 会場とアクセスについて
開催地 : 沖縄県国頭郡本部町瀬底島
集合場所 : 〒905-0227 沖縄県国頭郡本部町瀬底472-1付近
上記の集合場所（近くの信号）にて、ガイドがお迎え（ピックアップ）いたします。プライバシー保護のため、実際の会場の正確な住所はウェブサイト上には公開しておりません。ご予約確定後、詳細な道順と地図をメールにてお送りいたします。
（※セクション1に記載されている所在地は運営管理事務所の住所であり、当日のワークショップ会場とは異なりますのでご注意ください。）
4. 禁止事項
参加者は、ワークショップにおいて以下の行為を行ってはならないものとします。
・主催者の事前の同意のない、ワークショップの無断録音・録画・撮影。
・他の参加者や講師に対する迷惑行為、ハラスメント、または不快感を与える行為。
・イベント内での営利目的の営業活動、宗教・政治への勧誘活動、または商品の売り込み。
5. 写真およびメディアの取り扱いについて
主催者は、公式ウェブサイトやSNSなどの広報・宣伝目的のために、ワークショップ中に写真や動画の撮影を行うことがあります。お客様のお顔が識別できる写真を撮影・公開（サイトやSNSへのアップロードを含む）する際には、必ず事前に口頭または書面にてご本人の同意をいただきます。
6. 免責事項
・主催者は、ワークショップ中の私物の紛失、盗難、破損について一切の責任を負いません。貴重品はご自身で管理してください。
・主催者の故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、ワークショップ中に発生した怪我や事故について、主催者は責任を負いません。
7. プライバシーポリシー
主催者は、お客様の個人情報の保護を重要視し、以下のように適切に取り扱います。
取得： 予約やお問い合わせの際に、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号を取得します。
利用目的：お預かりした情報は、予約管理、イベント運営、緊急時の連絡、問い合わせ対応にのみ利用します。
第三者提供：法令に基づく場合を除き、お客様の同意なく第三者に個人情報を提供することはありません。
安全管理：データの漏洩や紛失を防ぐため、適切な安全管理措置を講じます。
窓口：データの開示・訂正・削除の請求（および該当する場合はGDPRに基づく権利の行使）は、メール（zenvoice2025@gmail.com）にて受け付けます。
8. 準拠法
本規約は日本法に準拠し、日本法に従って解釈されます。
