ZEN Voice The process of traditional “ZEN” training involves sitting in the correct posture on the floor, being aware of the breath, and stabilizing the mind. But it seems difficult, especially for westerners, to just sit in the correct posture (even for modern Japanese too). Restore the body by stretching muscles and breathing through breathing techniques. By relaxing body tension and deepening your breathing, your voice will begin to resonate. Experience how your heart and body become more harmonious when your voice resonates comfortably. ZEN Kitchen Japanese food is known as delicious and healthy around the world. However, many people think it's too expensive to eat at a restaurant and too difficult to cook at home by yourself. TOKKO (the guide) teaches you how to cook Japanese food in a very simple way with local ingredients. You will enjoy cooking with TOKKO’s fun instructions, and you can take the recipe home. So you will be able to easily cook Japanese food at home too!

We appreciate your understanding. [Payment Method for Cancellation Fees] Credit Card: If you chose credit card payment, the cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card registered at the time of booking. [Policy on No-Shows] In the case of a "no-show" (failing to attend without prior notice), the pre-paid participation fee will be retained as a 100% cancellation fee.Since no-shows may prevent other interested guests from attending, we reserve the right to refuse future registrations if no-shows occur twice in a row. [Exemptions from Cancellation Fees] 1, Event Cancellation by Organizer: If the event is canceled by the organizer, the participation fee will be refunded in full. We will provide separate instructions regarding the refund process and schedule. 2, Emergency Circumstances: In the event of an emergency such as extreme weather or natural disasters, the participation fee will be refunded in full even for same-day cancellations, provided you contact us. *Please note that we may decline future bookings if cancellations after the deadline occur repeatedly.
